Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to satisfy our customer’s needs regarding product exchange, return & refund. We sell all products at the affordable prices provide along with genuine quality to the customer. Our exchange & refund policy is made to keep our valuable customers happy with our service. Hence, we have an easy transparent procedure for it within 7 days after the product is received. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to exchange/replace/return the product.

1.Exchange can be done only for reasons:-

 

(a).item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered :-


=> If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please make a parcel opening video for proof and please contact us within 7 days after the product is received with details of your order. 

(b).In case of Size issues:-


=> Our some products have sizes and wherever applicable size options are given to select while you make product add to cart. Exchange can be done only for wrong size delivered. customer needs to inform us with 7 days of product delivered. While returning product customer should parcel it in the same condition with proper tags as delivered (undamaged, unused, unwashed) this same will be checked in our warehouse by our experts.

(c).Exchange process:-


=> customer needs to contact our customer support and share their concern, via email goldenfeathers.mr@gmail.com, or for other modes of communication one can refer our contact us page. For exchange service, our team may ask to provide the valid proof such as video of unboxing, and in case of valid proof is provided our team will try to arrange a pickup from your location to our warehouse or else our team will contact you and share you our warehouse address for sending the product back to us, also shipping charges in either case will be paid by us (maximum capped at Rs 150, in case the shipping charge is more than Rs. 150, the customer will have bear the difference). In case of failure to provide valid proof our team may reject exchange request. Further, this has to be ensured by the customer that the product should be in non-used condition. 

*Note:-

  1. Product can be exchanged with a similar product which booked
  2. No exchanges allowed in case of customised jewellery, as these products are made on order. So please double-check the details before placing your order.

2.Returns & Refund can be done only for a reason:-

(a) Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered.

=> The return process is same as that of exchange process only with the difference that you will get a full refund instead of replacement.

(b) If you are unsatisfied with the quality:

If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Report your concern to our customer support team within 7 days after delivery, but after 7 days we will not entertain any request.

*Note:-

  1. In case of customised jewellery returns and refunds are allowed only in case of defective product delivered.

 

 

If your product issues match any above-given conditions then you can use our exchange & refund policy. In case of exchange as soon as we receive the product from you to our warehouse, you will get your replacement at the respected given delivery address within 5-7 days or you get refund in case of unavailability of product. In case of return as soon as we receive the product from you to our warehouse we will initiate a full refund. The customers have to make sure that the right product and in the same condition as they received should be sent to our warehouse in case of return/exchange.

3. For Refunds Time for settlement:-

Once customer shares their issue with our product if the issue matched the return & refund policy, our team will initiate a refund on the same transaction it takes time to credit back the amount in your account.

Time for settlement:-

Payment via UPI : 24 – 48hrs.

Payment via Net Banking: 7 -10 working days.

Payment via credit or debit card: 10-12 working days.
